Making a Plan: Thanksgiving 2013

This Thanksgiving will be my second year entertaining for family. With my rookie year behind me, I'm approaching this holiday with an enthusiasm that puts to rest any lingering fears of an overly dry bird or crispy burned stuffing. A few evenings perusing food & bev boards on pinterest, coupled with my tried a true thanksgiving recipes, and the menu has been set!

Sunday morning started at my favorite local coffee shop, Lola, listing recipes, ingredients, and final timelines for the big day. There is no task a hot cinnamon americano can't conquer...I'm sure of it!

This year I'll spend a little more time assembling the tablescape, as all of last year's focus was on making edible food. But hey, it looked pretty good if you ask me! What are your favorite dishes to make & enjoy?
